APRA Requests

The Indiana Access to Public Records Act allows people the “right to access information regarding the government and the official acts of public officials and employees”.

You can request to view public records by filing an APRA request with the respective agency. We’ve requested a number of records from the WLCSC administration. The files we’ve received can be viewed here.

• May 6, 2022 - Legal invoices from Bob Reiling’s law firm to WLCSC, regarding various APRA requests and other events

• November 16, 2021 - Complete packet of supplementary information that was given to board members for the 11/1/21 WLCSC school board meeting.

• August 20, 2021 - Complete packet of supplemental information that was given to board members for the 5/3/21 WLCSC school board meeting.

• June 3, 2021 - Superintendent Rocky Killion’s emails between June 2020 and May 2021 regarding the school board diversity committee

• June 3, 2021 - School board emails between June 2020 and May 2021 regarding the school board diversity committee. Note: We received the same document for this request as for the above request for Dr. Killion’s emails regarding the school board diversity committee.

• April 6, 2021 - School board emails regarding WL CARE, Ila Chaubey, or Daniel Afolabi. WLCSC is only able to provide emails that can be extracted from the WLCSC email system (emails ending in wl.k12.in.us). We were told the only emails regarding these topics were ones sent between the WLCSC email system and ourselves.
