Chuck Hockema was recently elected to the school board in Lafayette School Corporation. Hockema is openly homophobic and transphobic, publicly stating he won't tolerate openly gay teachers. We created a petition and website calling for his resignation. Check it out here.

We hosted a Town Hall on January 26th, 2021, solely for public comment on issues of diversity at WLCSC schools. Watch or read the statements made here.

In 2020, 4 members of the WLCSC school board were up for election, and 14 candidates ran. Read up the biggest issues of the election and our interviews with each candidate.

We created a mutual aid fund as a way for West Lafayette community members to support West Lafayette community members. You can donate to the fund here or apply for aid here.
